The only thing better than eating food is making food. I love being able to create, recreate and design dishes that can be shared with the people that I love most.
I am especially drawn to recipes that are macros friendly and paleo-ish. M-F I log my food everyday, watching my macros and incorporating paleo ideas such as spending your macros on good, whole food, rather than junk. That being said, if I have a enough calories left at the end of the day, you better believe that I am going to eat a piece of chocolate or a serving of fro-yo!

Now weekends... I firmly believe that a cheat meal is necessary for mental sanity. Pizza? Love it. A bottle of red wine? I'll skip the glass.
